I focus mostly on making cold calls for real estate investors who are looking for motivated sellers of distressed homes. For more than a year, I have made cold calls on behalf of a US real estate company in Texas, Virginia, and NYC. I have more than a year of expertise in this industry, and I've honed my abilities to recognize motivated sellers, overcome obstacles, ascertain each person's potential mood, and modify my pitch to fit the circumstance.
I developed my knowledge while working in a call center for several real estate investors. I've handled various scripts, and I know how to establish relationships with customers to overcome objections and elicit the most information from each concerned homeowner.
