Good day! I'm looking for a full-time job that can offer a stable and long term opportunities. Here's my 4 years of mixed experience working US-based businesses and companies. 
Recently worked with one of United Sleep Centers in Las Vegas. Multiple tasks like creating and confirming orders, adding authorizations, and managing spreadsheet to gather documents from the patients through email. Specialized in managing Brightree, RingCentral, Spreadsheet and Gmail.
Worked as a clinical assistant with a psychiatrist handling clinical task such as scheduling appointment, verifying insurances, collecting co-payments, handling calls from/to patients, referral companies, insurance companies, pharmacies, managing documents, and handling doctor's personal emails. 
Personal assistant of a realtor of Keller Williams. Using a dialer,  I performed hundreds of call a day to property owners offering new properties and see if they desire to sell their properties and set appointment to the realtor to send the deal.. Gathering their information in excel sheet, making sure that information collected is accurate.
Customer service for three years, with varied experience handling and giving satisfaction to US-based customers with three different lines of businesses taking email, inbound and outbound calls. I have expertise in payment processing, inventory management, account management, document management, and data entry. Those companies are:
Uber - a transportation company that operates in 65 countries. My task was to take a high volume of inbound calls from Uber drivers to make changes on their Uber accounts like adjusting fares, promotions, account changes, and everything about the Uber driver account.
Getaroom - a booking hotel website that provides hotels and other types of lodging in destinations. Specialized in phone support, a frontliner to provide services to guests all the areas where Getaroom  operates. Managing bookings and guests' accounts.
