I have an in-depth knowledge on Facebook and Instagram Advertising, which covers creating and managing campaigns/ad sets/ads, as well as working on billing and technical issues. I can utilize tools like Ads Manager and Business Manager, including the basics of Facebook Pixel Codes and Helper. I can also help advertisers in setting up their Business Facebook Page, including Boosting Post and Promoting Pages. I can also work Facebook Marketplace (B2B), Instagram and Facebook Checkout via Facebook/Instagram Shops.

I have a background working Amazon accounts and has been expert for almost 2 years. I have experienced dealing with basic/general to the complex issues on seller's account and listings under North America marketplace- communicating through chat, email and phone. I am fully knowledgeable and oriented on both Merchant and FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon) products/listings. That includes setting up Amazon account, create/add listing and managing products, creating product details page ( title, description, bullet points, variations, etc.) shipping, payments, billing, seller performance/metrics, etc. Part of my expertise is to also identify products that are accepted in Amazon site and those that would need approval prior to be able to advertise online.


Prior to this, I have been an SEO expert for an online advertising account where I handle customer's accounts for 4 years. I set up their account, create all campaigns, ad groups, ads and keywords for them. I also review their account performance to provide recommendations on how to improve and optimize their ads/keywords. That includes ad modification and keyword expansion.
I'm a graduate of B.S. Nursing and a board passer, and with a medical background too. I previously worked as a HealthCare Specialist for an insurance handling Verification of Benefits and Claims.

I'm proficient in English, as well as in MS Office like Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Canva. I have experience doing data entry jobs. I can definitely work under pressure and can manage time efficiently. One of my strongest skill would be in Communication and People Management.

I always make sure to deliver quality and efficient work to build a long term relationship. Client satisfaction and safety is my main goal. My 10 years experience in the BPO is mostly on the Training side as Product Trainer and Supervisor, that's why I am confident with my knowledge with the product and the skill as well.
