Customer Service Representative
- Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, and live chats.
- Assist with placement of orders, refunds, reshipments, and order cancellations. 
- Track and monitor customers' orders to avoid delivery failure.
- Greet customers warmly and ascertain the problem or reason for emailing.
- Inform customers of deals and promotions.
- Suggest solutions when a product malfunctions.
- Attempt to persuade a customer to reconsider cancellation.
- Facebook Moderator - Moderating direct messages, and comments on Facebook pages.

- Import and Export product data on Shopify
- Optimize product pages and landing pages
- Assist Senior Media Buyer in finding winning products
- Assist administrative support in advertising, marketing, and promotional campaigns. 
- Product Listing - product data entry and upload to eCommerce platforms
