Profile Description

Monthly Profit and Loss Analysis
Prepares Monthly Management Report (constant communications with Site Managers from US and other departments regarding questions in Management Reports)
Prepares Monthly Estimated and Actual Accruals for both Lease and Maintenance for equipments under specific region.
Check supplies for all sites under specific region (Coordinating with Site & Area Managers)
Review Monthly Prepaid Lease Reconciliation of a co-department and prepares monthly prepaid expense entry.
Review Monthly Estimates and Actual accrual for both Lease and Maintenance for equipments under specific region of co-department
Review Monthly Supply Trend report of a co-department and prepare supply accrual adjustment for it, under specific region
Monthly Supply Reconciliation
YTD Reconciliation
Quarterly Inventories
Preparation of adjustment entries and reclasses
