          promos and deals.
      6. Billing: collected and verified credit card details through phone & email

     1. Ensured team is aligned with daily and weekly deliverables.
     2. Presided over training and onboarding of new CS hires.
     3. Process improvement and creation of canned responses and how-  
          to/training guides for the team
