Profile Description

 I am a Psychology degree holder and I have attended multiple training and seminars during my college years so that I can enhance my capabilities. I am a Certified Human Resource Associate Batch 42. I have finished my internship in industrial setting, clinical setting and educational setting and I have been awarded as best intern, best researcher, best thesis, merit awardee, leadership award and merit award.

 I have 5 years of solid experience in terms of Recruiter/HR Specialist and General Virtual Assistant. I have been a Recruiter, Social Media Manager, Illustrator to the public and private sectors. In terms of Recruitment, I have am highly knowledgeable about it since I am in charge of sourcing and recruiting, test administration, initial interview, final interview, job offer, orientation, staffing, handover, reporting, recruitment coordinating and on boarding. I am also in charge of email management and daily job postings. I schedule daily posting, calendar posting, and reporting. I am a highly knowledgeable about Human Resource Management Administration. Most specially in Recruitment and Selection, Training and Development, Employee Engagement, Labor Relation and Payroll. With all my hard work I have been awarded as rookie employee of the year and Most outstanding employee. 

In my 4 years of being a virtual assistant, my roles and responsibilities are email management, clerical and administrative task, market research, customer service, coordination with clients, updating database and analyzing data, graphic designing, youtube thumbnail, illustrating, animation, marketing and etc.,

During my vacant time I enroll myself in to a short course so that I can improve my skills and abilities and apply it to my employment and provide an excellent outcome. I have gained numerous certificate with regards to general virtual assistant. I have gained certificate in Social Media Management, Social Media Community Management, Facebook Ads, Copy writing, Email Marketing, Email Management, Graphic Designing, Illustrator, Proficiency in English, English Teaching and Foundations in grammar.          

I am a goal-oriented, people-oriented and client-centered kind of employee. I have an excellent English communications skills may it be in reading, writing or speaking. I am highly Canva Pro, Indesign, Inkscape and other graphic designing platform. knowledgeable with regards to work ethics. I am also knowledgeable about microsoft office, MS Teams, MS Office 365, Outlook, Canva, Procreate, Indesign, Inkscape, Premiere Pro, Krita, ASANA, Slack, Skype, Calendly, LinkedIn, Upwork, youtube, twitter, calendly, mailchimp, Adobe Premier, Jobstreet, Glassdoor and other recruitment platforms.
