Profile Description

I help Amazon/Shopify/Facebook Sellers process orders, check fulfillment status, process refunds, and RMAs, chats, and emails; and help them in their inventories.

I am an expert with dropshipping outreach -contacting and building relationships with Suppliers/Distributors of products. As well as finding the right supplier for a dropshipping company.

I am also very keen and attentive to details. I am fluent in the English language. I can speak with little to no accent and can write and reply to customers efficiently.

I can support customers through chats, and emails. I am friendly, motivated, dedicated, and passionate about my work. I love what I do and I always do my best to meet my client's goals and expectations. I can work on my own with less supervision and I can easily learn new skill sets.
