Profile Description
As a Reservation Specialist in Hilton Hotels, I book reservations and use suggestive selling techniques to get customers to purchase additional services and amenities in our hotel. Aside from that, we also do cancellations and modifications of existing reservations. I answer incoming phone calls from potential customers. I handle international customers/guests. I have been a Customer Service for Uber and Airbnb too. I do credits/refund for those who have complaints about their ride. I mediate with guests and hosts if needed to know both sides before coming up with the best solution/decision.
