I am a college graduate. I worked in a BPO industry for over 10 years. Then I ventured into a totally different work environment, homebased. I dUpgrade to see actual info to do this because my daughters are not getting any younger and I want to always be there for them. I am motivated to make this a carrier. Not just for me but for my family.
I am interested to be a part of your prestigious company because I believe I have the qualities needed.
My current job is with one of the Upgrade to see actual info Hosts in Australia as Guest Communications Manager. I cannot give you the name as I signed a non-disclosure agreement. I basically multi task with them doing the following:
- Guest Communications Manager
- Handling the maintenance side of the business in all 175 properties all across Australia.
- I handle the payment disputes.
- I take care of the owner’s communications.
- I keep track of the Airbnb claims.
- I manage that all Upgrade to see actual info reservations are paid.
- All other admin tasks as I work with the owners directly.
I have been in the BPO industry since 2007 and a hardcore in Customer Service. I’ve handled customers via phone, email and chat. I am a detail-oriented person and open to every new task that’ll be given to me. I was also a Team Leader before I ventured to the homebased world.
I am confident that I'm capable of completing the tasks that'll be given to me since I'm always taking my job seriously. And being in the graveyard shift is something that I am very used to given the fact that I have been in the BPO industry for over 10 years. I hope I'll be given a chance.
