* Proficient in using LinkedIn Talent Insights/Recruiter, Boolean, and web searching to address client needs. Other than that, lifting insights from data is one of my expertise.

* Tasked to create basic and advanced deliverables such as building talent pool, salary and benefit analysis, sourcing channel analysis, and industry-level analysis.

* Complete complex research reports for various industries and locations, including competitor analysis, organizational charts, marketing, and brand audit.

* Comfortable in leading presentations and adept in directly sharing key insights with clients.

* Implementation and program support.
