Profile Description

A Team Leader of a Freight Brokerage Company located in the US deals with the movements of each shipment/Commercial Goods within the US and sometimes in Canada and Mexico. We prioritize our customer's valued time and make sure we give an update on what's happening in each freight.  MUST KNOW how to book LTL and TRUCKLOAD shipments, work with brokers and big companies here in the US, process all of the necessary paperwork, and avoid delay. It is an extensive email management and multi-tasking job.

Schedule and Dispatch Freight: Plan, schedule, and coordinate the dispatch of freight loads to drivers and carriers, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to client requirements.

Monitor and Track Shipments: Track the progress of shipments from pickup to delivery, maintaining communication with drivers and customers to provide updates and address any issues.

Customer Service: Act as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing updates on shipment status.

Documentation: Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities, including shipment details, driver logs, and delivery confirmations.

Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including sales, warehouse, and customer service, to coordinate logistics and improve overall efficiency.

Problem Solving: Quickly and effectively resolve any issues that arise during the dispatch and delivery process, such as delays, route changes, and equipment failures.
