Profile Description

In my current role as a Learning Designer, I apply well-established instructional design theories, practices, and methods to develop engaging, self-paced online learning courses.

I have a strong background in using Articulate 360, the Evolve authoring tool, Canva, and the MS 365. I’m also experienced in managing Learning Management Systems such as Cornerstone and ELMO. Additionally, I collaborate with subject matter experts to identify the training needs of the target audience, which primarily consists of Australian and Filipino professional accountants.

Alongside my Learning Design role, I also work as a People & Culture (P&C) Officer, where I handle general HR administration while working closely with Australian colleagues.
