I provide world-class customer service/email support. I help small business company who need interaction with their customers thru chat or emails. My 7 years experience in customer service role would be a huge help. My number one goal is to make customers happy and satisfied and keep them loyal that leads to more revenue. I also do lead generation and admin task at the same time.
