Profile Description

Foreign task (US)
-I work as Accounting Director for US clients. We use Restaurant 365 as accounting system
-I do bank reconciliation using different tools with different bank accounts (Chase banks, Bank of America, First Citizens and other) , Sales Reconciliation between Toast POS and R365 and other reports.
-We do third party recon (Doordash, Uber, Grabhub, stripe, shopify and others)
-I do prepare Balance Sheet Package for restaurant client in the US
-I work in one of the accounting firm in the US that caters restaurants in the US.

Philippine Set up
-Prepare Financial Statements
-Filing of BIR Returns using EFTS and Offline Filing (VAT, Expanded, Compensation, ITR and etc.)
-Preparation of VAT Relief and Alphalist
-In charge in handling BIR LOA (Letter of Authority)
-In charge in business permit renewal
-Checking of disbursement vouchers
-Checking of Accounting Entry in the System
