I've been an Accounting Staff for 6 years, 3 years in BPO.
I have extensive knowledge in Microsoft application especially in MS Word, Excel and Power Point.
I've built business communication skills both oral and written as I have appointed to be my team's representative in dealing with the customers from different countries like Malaysia, Singapore, Canada and USA.
I am very much equipped in using Outlook, Google applications as my main task is to set appointments with the clients.
I have experience using QuickBooks Desktop and I am currently having trainings to have my QBO ProAdvisor Certification. I have expertise using different Accounting Tools such as SAP, Fishbowl Inventory Management Tool, Xero.
I've been assigned in a lot of tasks such as Accounts Receivable Accounting Staff, catering Malaysia, Singapore and Philippines; Accounts Payable Accounting Staff, Credit and Collection Staff and currently, Returns and Refusal Associate.
As a Virtual Assistant, I have handled end-to-end process, from order fulfillment to collection, as well as updating inventory count and preparing different reports needed.
