I am an experienced Bookkeeper with a Master’s Degree in Business Administration. I have worked as an Administrative Assistant in a GOCC, performing tasks related in Accounting such as Bookkeeping and Tax Preparation, HR and also Administrative functions such as payroll management, employees’ loan monitoring and employees’ premium contribution in GSIS, Philhealth and Pag-IBIG. I am currently working as Purchasing Assistant and have a basic knowledge on how to use the SAP System. I also learned using wordpress, canva and calendly thru free trials and by watching Youtube tutorials.
I can assist companies that needs help in terms of journals entries, checking and updating transaction records such as invoicing, monitoring accounts payables and accounts receivables and other bookkeeping functions such as check and balance of books and preparing month end reports. I can also help you in data entry and web research. Relevant to this, I can say that, Microsoft Office is my everyday pal in terms of work accomplishments and I can assist your company in extracting reports from PDF files and converting it to Excel and vice versa.
