I have 2 years of experience doing Customer Service and providing excellent quality of service to my clients. I love communicating with different people and I enjoy talking to them. I usually receive a huge number of calls everyday with different concerns and every day it challenges me to solve different kinds of problems and attitudes of customers. I learned techniques on handling difficult calls by staying calm and always focusing on the solution to the problem. I also provide superior customer service while handling inbound calls for product inquiry, order placement, and order follow-up. Documents details of customer interaction into the system. I have experience as well for recruiting different VAs for an e-commerce business and I do a lot of different data entries as well. I have complete equipment to work in a quiet environment and I have a flexible schedule or can do graveyard shift. I am available to work at 40 hours/week and willing to be trained with minimum supervision.
