Profile Description

My name is Upgrade to see actual info, and I have 6 years of experience as a Customer Service Representative handling freight and logistics customers.


I'm also working as a Virtual Assistant as a Logistics and Supply Chain Coordinator for almost 3 years now, where I handle the end-to-end process of product importation and exportation for sea and air shipments, as well as domestic distribution by LTL, FTL, and SPD, etc.

I've additionally performed duties with the warehouse, including the preparation of purchase orders, checking stock levels, and other aspects of supply chain management.

I possess the necessary abilities to excel as a virtual assistant. I've used multiple platforms and ERPs to help me manage and streamline my work, including Cargowise One, Asana, Extensiv warehousing, Globetrader, and Luminous.


I am extremely trainable and motivated to go the additional mile or above and beyond to get excellent results with little supervision.
