For 4 years I have helped Amazon Sellers build their brand through my strategy and increase their revenue by utilizing proper store optimization management and marketing strategies that can organically increase reviews, rank, and profit. 

E-commerce Account Manager Amazon, Shopify, Walmart, Etsy, Faire, Bulletin | June 2021 - Present
- Creating and editing product listings, with effective copywriting incorporating keywords for search optimization and sales conversion utilizing Data Dive software.
- Listing Technical Expert; Create an error-free listing of SKUs with their attribute; and seller support resolution.
- Upload updated A+ content, infographics, and images, enhancing the quality of product listings.
- Manage and create Google sheet reports for sessions, listing, voice of the customer, customer review, and seller central case follow-up.
- Optimized listing by using all relevant and high search volume keywords.
- Periodic checking of data on Amazon reports such as sales, sessions etc and recording it in a sheet for tracking.
- Inventory Management maintaining optimal stock levels to prevent stockouts or overstocking.
- Monitor and record, returns/refunds and feedback from customers.
- Creating new high-quality product listings (create text, and make instructions for any proposed images/graphics we need to create).
- Use tools and software to help analyze and track daily sales and trends.
- Scheduling Amazon posts by using clients' brands and competitors' ASINS. Creating social media calendar and content for brand awareness through Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, and Pinterest.
- Use tools in analyzing data for profitable products, competitor products, product lists, knowledgable in sales rank and more.
- Work under general supervision, but with a high degree of initiative and creativity.
