well known in design principles, and willing to learn more to achieve the best
output for my clients. I experienced some multi-tasking activities in the past
and I learned about management and being organized. Computer skills are one of
my platforms to exhibit my creativity.
I have 2 years’ experience in Design
and Build Company which gave me a challenging experience. At first, I was an
intern to enhance my AutoCAD skills and I continued to work with them as a
regular employee. I Drafted and revised CAD drawings to meet client specifications.
I Developed CAD drawings from hand sketches, verbal instructions, and site
visits. I drafted many residential projects including architectural, plumbing,
and electrical. I joined the team to make a project cost estimation for
bidding. I also have experience to be an office administrator and managed the
Office such as payroll, treasuring, Filing, 13th month, encoding, Billing,
phone calls, materials, and human resourcing. I trained junior staff in Office
and Performed general office duties, such as ordering supplies and equipment
and maintaining office equipment. I Organized and maintained electronic and
paper filing systems for the office, ensuring all records were up-to-date and
secure. Through this experience, I enhanced my architectural design software
skills and learned more architectural knowledge. I also learned office
management, leading the office staff, the contractors on site, and the
transportation of the construction materials. I enjoyed what I learned in this
company even if it was challenging. This learning led me to be an independent
contractor and make my own office at home.
During my Unemployed years during
the pandemic, I started to make my architectural services such as drafting and
rendering. It was hard from the start but I took this opportunity to study more
architectural software. I got freelance jobs and accepted architectural
services such as drafting with AutoCAD and rendering with SketchUp and 3Ds Max.
I have experience
working at home as a BIM modeler for a client in the US for 2 year
with the help of an agency. So, I worked the night shift full time with a time
tracker since this was a US time zone. I was modeling from Structural,
Architectural, Plumbing, Mechanical and Fire Protection Design using Revit. I
also Drafted and revised CAD drawings to meet client specifications. So, I used
to draft their plans in English measurement. I did take off as well with the
use of Bluebeam Software. I Rendered Interior and exterior design using 3dsmax, enscape, unreal engine 5, vray.
I make a walkthrough Animation of MEP models with color coding of each system. For
the extra job, they gave me paperwork using Microsoft Excel or Word and I did
Graphic Design for my client's company logo. I enjoyed my working experience with
them because they also trained me on other paperwork in Excel for bidding. Since
I have experience in office administration, it wasn’t hard for me to file my work
on my desktop or OneDrive, convert the files to what the client desires, or
manage my office setup so I couldn’t cause delays in submission.
