Through the years, I have acquired knowledge and became equipped with the skill sets through the experiences I've had.
I have also been successful in leadership roles such as managing projects, supervising staff of up to 20 employees and being an educator through training and teaching the front liners which are the Customer Service Representatives or Sales Agents. Some tasks that are part of the job is to do reviewing and analyzing performance data, pinpointing root causes for performance variance, trending and creating improvement plans to correct and improve performance gaps.
I always strive for positivity towards my work ethic and approach projects in a friendly yet fast manner. I make sure to follow instructions strictly and I do the job efficiently without affecting the quality and delivering great results.
I know I still have a lot of room to grow and learn, and I am keen to be trained and taught as I'm an advocate for a lifelong learning to become the best version of myself thus providing the best service to my clients.
