With my 3 years of customer service experience, I can say with great confidence that I am a great communicator who can easily build rapport and strong relationship with the customers. I am also an outstanding educator who can deliver not just the description, but also the use and purpose of products and services and its contribution to our daily living. Being a teacher and a national trainer for 5 years enhanced my excellent English communication, comprehension, composition and organizational skills that are on par with the demands of the 21st century environment.
Modesty aside, the fact that I grew up from a family with rich values system enabled me to connect with people through empathizing their life experiences, respecting their diversity and multiculturalism, and listening ot them with an open mind. Having all of these qualities helped me enriched my ability to focus and concentrate to the task at hand and resolve issues that will lead to exceptional customer satisfaction.
