I first work as a Junior trader back in 2011, we monitor stock trends and volatilities particularly, US and Asian Indexes, US Commodities and Forex.
I was then promoted to an Executive trader. I can do more as a trader by not only monitoring charts and prices but to make trading decisions when our Master trader is not around. When most of our senior traders left our department, I was the trouble shooter of the whole team when there are system bugs in our everyday trading sessions. I was also given tasks to forecast and write reports on different Indices and commodities on whether this particular product is going to be bullish or bearish for the next week or next month. I use the websites ForexFactory, newsDaily, Reuters and the like as reaources.
My boss once told me that he felt fine when he knows I'm in charge at our office, and feels anxious when I'm on leave.
After 1 year as an executive trader, I was again promoted to Assistant Supervisor. I am now both supervising the trading processes and the whole department administrative processes.
I approve and disapprove leaves of my subordinates, Prepare their time cards, prepare monthly payrolls, I also train new employees, and hire and fire
subordinates within the department.
I am also knowledgeable in using Microsoft word, excel, presentation and Publisher.
Currently, I am a content analyst doing research and gathering of data from different listed companies in different exchanges.
