Profile Description

I am an Amazon Operations Manager for my client and it is exactly what you’d think it’s like. I’m the colleague at work that everyone wants to know but nobody wants to be. If you want to get things done, you come to me.

I started my Amazon VA career back in 2021. I enrolled at an Amazon VA Masterclass where they teach you the A to Z how to's of Amazon. I had my first client since 2021 and is still with him to this day. I just love being able to help his business grow and at the same time I continue to grow and learn a lot of things!

I originally started as a Sourcing VA (Product Research) for my client. I then got promoted to an Operations Manager and helped my client with his Seller Account by managing customer messages, pricing errors, inventory management, raising of queries/open cases in seller support, also managing the Prep Center by managing inbound orders, raising investigations for missing, damaged or undelivered orders/items, coordinating/liaise with prep center staff, contacting and coordinating with suppliers, and liaise with Purchasing Manager.

Aside from Account Management, I also manage a team of Sourcing Upgrade to see actual info is my responsibility to make sure their schedules and leave credits are updated. I also provide training for incoming new VAs to the team. I created a file which maintains the weekly, monthly and yearly reports for our team's KPI which is also used as a basis for our incentives. Other admin tasks that I do for my client is uploading of cost of goods to Inventory Labs and fetching of invoice from suppliers to be uploaded to our accounting tool for tax filing.
