Profile Description

I am a BS Entrepreneurship graduate and a Cum Laude in one of the top Universities in the Philippines. 
I am currently the Head of Marketing and Operations of a start-up company. I spearhead marketing efforts, driving lead generation through targeted outreach and informative content creation. I also lead the recruitment process, ensuring a strong talent pipeline through candidate screening and team management. In addition, I managed a team of business development specialists.
I was a Lease Marketing Associate who handled 4 properties in one of the leading real estate companies in the Philippines. I assisted the General Manager/AVP of Leasing and the Leasing Manager in leasing out commercial spaces and in generating additional income by sourcing exhibits and short-term tenants to ensure meeting the monthly budget. This entails sourcing out concepts through cold calling and fostering tenant relationships ranging from small to medium enterprises to strong global and national brands.
I was also responsible for delivering weekly and monthly reports to the higher management (General Manager & Assistant Vice President - Leasing) regarding occupancy, tenant movement, active negotiations, and mall status. 
With a Bachelor's Degree in Entrepreneurship, I was able to apply my technical knowledge in my start-up business as I worked on social media management, inventory management, supplier negotiation, and customer relationship building. 
As an Admin Support, I have guided my clients in taking calculated risk in expanding the scope of their business by creating a market study.
