With my experience as a cold caller with my previous employer , I call leads , verify their information and if they are qualified for home and auto insurance quotes then I transfer them over to a licensed agent. I I have developed the needed skills and knowledge to help generate more sales. I also have an experience with appointment setting in a digital marketing company .
I always want to hit daily/ weekly targets that is why I research best practices and use effective spiels. I also have excellent English communication and written skills . I have experience using Go High Level as CRM and with different dialers like Phone Burner, Ricochet and Ring Central . I have excellent attention to detail and has positive attitude and sunny disposition. I can work graveyard shift in my home set up with no background noise or distractions.
