A hard working and result-driven professional with over 10 years of both customer and technical support experience.Currently working as Service Desk specialist. To be an active, productive member of the organization where I can use my professional skills for the growth and development of the organization as well as myself. My objective is to find a position that I can use and develop my skills in both technical and non-technical fields which will allow me the opportunity to grow. An individual with good communication skills both written and verbal, and also having strong interpersonal skills which lead to better communication in any situation is what my personal goal is to achieve by giving the best in every assignment to fulfill it.
