Mortgage Loan Condition Processor (Broker)
- Verifying borrower documentation, coordinating with LO and LOA, following up and updating the underwriter for the conditions to be closed, checking credit history, verifying disclosures and documents, following up with realtors and escrow, asking for updates to all parties to be aligned with the deadlines, coordinating with submission and closing processors. 

Mortgage Loan Opener (Lender)
- Outbound calling leads to check if they're still interested in having a loan for a property.

Disclosures QA (Lender)
- Checking disclosures and following up with parties involved. Checking TRID guidelines.

Personal and Executive VA
-  Administrative support, leveraging Canva skills for various tasks, email and calendar management, travel arrangements, booking hotels, general calls, social media management, acting as the direct point of contact, and personal tasks. 

Recruiter VA 
- Sourcing candidates, conducting screening interviews, creating recruitment materials with Canva, email management, coordinating appointments, rejecting and qualifying personality assessments, screening resumes, responding and following up with applicants, and handling associated administrative tasks.

Outreach Specialist
- Managing social media accounts, creating engaging content, fostering audience interaction, crafting compelling messages, data entry, and responding to inquiries.

QA Specialist
- Qualifying and rejecting edited photos based on quality standards and guidelines. I also played a pivotal role in providing constructive feedback to editors, facilitating continuous improvement in their work processes and outcomes.
