Profile Description

I am an experienced Virtual Assistant who can do a lot of tasks including data entry, order processing, customer service, email handling, reports analysis, scheduling, and telemarketing.
I have worked in Athletic Greens, a business that is into beauty products, doing back-office tasks like order processing, answering emails, and chats. I also took inbound and outbound calls of potential customers who might want to sign up for a loyalty subscription.
I have also tried working for a Real Estate business for almost a year doing cold calling.
I have also experience working for a business that is into car and motorcycle parts as a customer service representative and an escalation supervisor.
Currently, I am working with Teleperformance for T-Mobile Account as an Operations Supervisor making daily reports on how to improve our numbers and making client meetings every now and then.
With over 6 years of experience in the BPO industry, I am well-versed in using CRM and other organizational tools to connect with clients, customers, colleagues.
I also know how to use Microsoft Office applications and Google Suite.
I can also do some social media tasks to assist clients in managing their accounts to interact with both existing and potential customers, increase social media presence and engagement.
