CLIENT MANAGEMENT
• Main point of contact between company stakeholders.
• Create and optimize project resource plans by understanding new demand via new business or client meetings; providing perspective on resource availability/challenges; and working with Resource Pools to address sourcing challenges and improvement opportunities.
• Ensures that our clients are updated of the team’s strategies to ensure ramp fulfillment and what the status of the recruitment needs are daily. Attends to escalations, as necessary.
• Partner closely with defined business areas and understand their requirements and hiring needs (taking in-depth job briefings and building robust, consistent job specifications with agreed competencies and indicators).
• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with company clients to build credibility and to create partnerships that yield successes.
RECRUITMENT OPERATIONS
• Develop recruitment plans to organize and lead recruitment operations.
• Determine candidate requirement/s by reviewing and understanding the job description.
• Collaborate with our clients to help them identify job requirements and initiate sourcing activities.
• Create innovative and industry-leading sourcing strategies specifically targeting tech talents, who are either passive or active in the job market.
• Utilize various sourcing methods to attract quality candidates which includes the full utilization of the social media recruitment and the entire social media communication.
• Report on recruiting activities to management, identifying problem areas and suggest potential solutions.
