Profile Description

I am a Business Administration major in Financial Management graduate with 1 year experience as call center agent -inbound calls. My roles include communicating with customers, arranging payment arrangements and payment, scheduling callbacks, managing credits, major troubleshooting and upselling. I have also experience in the Medical industry as a Medical assistant where I schedule patient appointments, track medicine inventory, manage HMO's and assess patients laboratory results.
After that, I pursue administrative roles for the President of the hospital where I set meeting appointments, manage inventories, manage bills and payment, research , and human resource tasks as well. My latest experience is as a Content Writer.
