With nearly 11 years of experience across multiple roles, I have developed a diverse skill set that includes Customer Service Representative, Real Estate Virtual Assistant, Data Analyst, and Bookkeeper. The majority of my career was spent as a Data Analyst, where I collaborated with teams to acquire and analyze crucial deed data, ensuring that accurate and up-to-date information was available for informed decision-making. In my customer service role, I provided comprehensive assistance to clients with billing inquiries, payment disputes, and new order setups, always ensuring high levels of satisfaction and effective resolution. As a Real Estate Virtual Assistant, I managed property listings, created marketing materials, and oversaw social media accounts to streamline operations for a real estate client. Additionally, as a Bookkeeper, I was responsible for entering daily transactions into QuickBooks and performing monthly reconciliations to maintain the accuracy and integrity of financial records. My extensive experience in these roles has equipped me with a strong foundation in data analysis, customer service, administration, and financial management, allowing me to contribute effectively across various fields.
Please see the link to my CV, where I’ve listed all the CRMs, systems, tools, and programs I’ve used while handling these roles.
Experience: 5 - 10 years
I worked with the Data Acquisition Department at Remine LLC for 9 years, where I was responsible for ensuring the accurate input of deed data for properties in a specific county. This included details such as the buyer, owner, sale date, recorded date, sale amount, property legal descriptions, and owner addresses. To gather this information, I utilized various software, websites, and GIS maps. Additionally, I compiled and updated the contact information of county and state officials, maintaining an organized database for easy access.
Experience: 6 months - 1 year
Craigslist is one of the systems I handled when I was working as a Real Estate Virtual Assistant. I posted houses and rooms for rent and sale. I also managed this system alongside other CRMs, tools, systems, and programs related to Real Estate.
Experience: 6 months - 1 year
I worked as a Customer Service Representative for an international company, where I provided comprehensive assistance to customers with billing inquiries, payment disputes, and the creation or setup of new orders. My focus was on ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and successfully resolving issues in a timely manner.
Experience: Less than 6 months
I completed an online training program to learn QuickBooks, and have further developed my skills through hands-on experience. For the past six months, I have been performing bookkeeping tasks for a bookkeeping company, managing over 30 client accounts. My responsibilities include daily transaction categorization, monthly reconciliations, and generating month-end reports.
Experience: 6 months - 1 year
Supported a real estate client based in Tampa, Florida by managing property listings, reviewing and updating progress reports, designing marketing materials (flyers, postcards, etc.), and overseeing social media accounts, while handling various administrative tasks to streamline operations.
Experience: 6 months - 1 year
I would say that my role as a Real Estate Virtual Assistant is very similar to that of a Transaction Coordinator. Although I wasn't setting appointments for my client, I handled most of the tasks. However, I am very open and eager to learn more about this role.
Experience: 2 - 5 years
When I was still working in a corporate setup as a Secretary, I used to handle SAP tasks related to our inventory. I worked with SAP for 4 years, and I would say I'm pretty much an expert in working with different systems, CRMs, and databases.
Experience: 6 months - 1 year
I remember that Hootsuite is one of the tools I handled before as a Real Estate Virtual Assistant, where I managed my client's social media postings. Although I wasn't able to fully maximize its use, I am willing to learn more.
