Profile Description

I have worked in the US recruitment for over 7 years. I have end - to -end recruiting experience for Healthcare professionals, Logistics personnel warehouse workers, entry level to managerial admin roles and call center agents. I possessed advanced sourcing techniques, passive candidate searching, cold calling, Boolean, social media, multiple ATS systems and scheduling candidates interview. I have extensive experience with client and candidate management.
I am also a customer service specialist with over 2 years of experience. I have worked in a fast-paced call center environment supporting UK/Ireland clients. I handled inbound calls and email queries. I communicate effectively both written and verbal while exercising quality interpersonal skills to build rapport. Received numerous commendation from customers for having their issues resolved. I am proficient with Microsoft application such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
