Profile Description

I have been working as an internal operations auditor for almost 8 years at one of the top banks in the Philippines. Due to work from home set up, I currently have time to assist individuals or companies with auditing, data entry and bookkeeping as a part-time service. With my background as internal auditor, combined with my communication skills, attention to details, data entry skill and familiarity in excel, I am confident in my ability to contribute effective to you / your team.
As an operations auditor I can do the following:
- Evaluate effectiveness and efficiency of operations within the team/company
- Risk Assessment / Risk Management
- Assess day-to-day operations, compliance with relevant regulations and adequacy of internal controls.
- Identifying areas for improvement and ensuring compliance to regulations
- To provide findings and recommendations that will help strengthen internal controls and improve overall operations.
Data Entry Specialist / General VA
- Check source documents/data for accuracy
- Verify data and correct data where necessary
- Update data and archive unnecessary/outdated files
- Transcribe information into the required electronic format
- Store completed documents in designated locations
- Act as primary point for data clean-up required to maintain Company database is up-to-date
Accountant/Bookkeeping
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Generate financial reports for internal and external stakeholders, such as management, investors, and regulatory agencies.
- Maintain the integrity of the general ledger and subsidiary ledgers.
- Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Review and post journal entries as necessary.
- Conduct financial analysis to support decision-making processes.
- Identify trends, opportunities, and risks within the financial data.
- Present findings and recommendations to management.
