Profile Description

-Work closely with the inbound & procurement team to build accurate shipping schedules· Assist in the elaboration of strategies in relation to requirements and related costs· Prepare and verify all documentation relating to import or export shipments and Customs clearance (CA, US)· Collect necessary commercial documentation for First sale entries into the United States· Manage cross-border transfer of stock between warehouses including issuing duty drawback claim with CBSA and CBP· Review and approve of all shipping, duty and tax billings pertaining to your role· Maintain accurate information in the ERP Database on a daily basis.· Arrange shipment delivery to our warehouse and to our 3PL· Implement policies and procedures as well as create SOPs for all our processes· Ensure fluent communication with all departments and assist when required

- Responsible for ISF,AMS filing and FDA related matters .

• Monitoring movements of all incoming or import shipment by securing, preparing and providing required documents to broker and forwarder needed for the processing
and releasing
for the said shipment. Apply necessary licenses needed by the company.
• Checking of billing invoices versus quotation and attachment for all import and export shipment.
• Prepare and submit monthly Freight In and Out Expense .
• Prepare Freight computation for import and export shipment for costing purposes.
• Responsible in the renewal of the documents needed for processing incoming and outgoing local and foreign shipments .
• Closely coordinate with warehouse regarding the import deliveries.
• Prepare liquidation per LOA for the delivered quantity to be submitted to PEZA .
• Check and signed documents for the outgoing local deliveries .
• Prepare and process Surety Bond and LOA for Indirect /Constructive Export and for Sub Con Vendor.
• Prepare monthly sales report of the company.
• Prepare PEZA monthly
report .
• Prepare weekly report
for all in transit .
• Supervise all import and export processing and releasing shipment
