I was a customer service consultant for more than 3 years. Working in an e-commerce community prepared me to be able to resolve disputes from my clients. I was promoted to a quality analyst in a customer service industry for more than 3 years as well.  I am skilled in analysing performance data week on week. While I am a quality analyst, I am also working as a team lead in a drayage company. It helped me strengthen my ability in doing admin task and doing what my client is asking me to do. Last July 2022, I was promoted to an Operations Manager. I oversee my team in the Philippines and abroad.
