Working in different industries, I had the chance to grow and enhance my skills. In banking, we were trained to be great in customer service, finish transactions swiftly but surely, be a team player, sell products, foreign transactions, signature verification, counterfeit detection and anti money laundering. In advertising, I learned how to balance different jobs from being a receptionist to being an office administrator. I was able to showcase my leadership skills and even practiced cold calling to sell our company’s products. In manufacturing industry, I was able to work as a Sales & Marketing Administrator. I was able to familiarize myself with the cement industry. They have given me the opportunity to work with different departments and even directly to the General Manager. I’m doing the daily reports, forecasting of budget and sales for the whole month and year, WAP reporting, quarter and year end commercial presentations, invoicing every end of the month, monitoring customer payments, social media advertising, coordinating with third party suppliers, managing company’s LinkedIn account, designing company’s advertisements for social media, coordinating with an application developer for our company’s mobile application, managing company's website and other admin tasks. The company also sends me to be the representative of our department when there’s something needed to be done or attended in the head office. In all of my experience combined, I was able to work on using different softwares like SAP, Oracle, Finacle, Sage, Qlikview and Microsoft Office applications.
