Responsibility: -Talent Sourcing: Identify, screen, and nurture potential Key Opinion Leader (KOL) talent through popular social media channels such as Youtube, Instagram, Facebook, and Tiktok and compile using G Suites. -Influencer Outreach: Craft effective outreach messages to KOLs for talent acquisition. Followed by negotiation for KOL’s talent fee based on their reach. -KOL Relationship Management: Contacting, following up and coordinating collaboration with KOLs. -Content Tracking: Monitor social media posts, report on audience engagements and identify trending content using MS Office and Gsuites for real-time update. -Contract Drafting: Collecting personal information of KOLs, drafting and ensuring the accuracy of the details, and following up with the internal team for approval and confirmation of contract. -Billing: Summarizing and confirming the deliverables and processing of payment, including invoice. -Content Checking: Ensuring that the videos are engaging and follow the standard and refrain from being shadow-banned from social media platform. -Translation: Translating the content of the video from Tagalog, Taglish, or English to Chinese.

Social Media Engagement Writing MLS remarks and just sold/just listed post Create email marketing materials and send thru Mailchimp and KW command
