Since I have already more than 3 years of experience as an Admin Staff under Operations Department in a Real Estate Company, I want to have a career and position that will enhance my skills and knowledge to the highest point of the horizon. Our main task as an Operation Clerk is to handle and provide proper customer service to our clients to ensure that their requests are well responded and served. All their request was saved to our system via Google Sheets, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for proper monitoring and filing. I have good monitoring, verbal, and written skills and can handle work pressure. I am very keen on details, and every work I made has an assurance. I got these skills from my previous work experience as a Quality Control Operator and Quality Assurance Engineer. My strength is the determination to have assurance every time to get a job well done.
