I have been in the customer service field since Upgrade to see actual infoom technical support to pharmaceutical company. I have been assigned to different task and I was able to cope up with the different types of businesses that I needed to adjust to. I have been on point on NPS and customer satisfaction since I can easily socialize with different personalities. I have been assigned to the escalation as taking calls which are determined as the last stop of the customer's issue, crucial and complex issues that needed my intervention are my specialties.
