I am a graduate of BS in Psychology. I worked as an Employee Relations Officer and Recruitment officer for a year, I also handled recruitment in which I do job postings into different websites such as Upgrade to see actual info, LinkedIn, JobStreet, and Indeed as well as in the social media groups. I have also done job caravans into different areas. I do screening resumes and calling the aspirant candidate for an interview. I am knowledgeable in printing and scanning documents needed, preparing and editing letters such as reports and emails. I am also flexible which I can run errands to the post office or supply store. I am willing to do organizing and Arranging meetings, appointments, answering phone calls and taking messages. I am also good in communication both verbal and written. I am also willing to work under pressure and I have also strong initiative to my superior in doing the work loads.
