I started my journey with ACS- Xerox Company as Collection Specialist/ Customer Service Specialist. I was new with the process and nothing to compare with. I did the research and did some study to improve and learn my communication skills, computer skills, time management, collaboration skills and most importantly my problem-solving skills. Applying all those skills, I got promoted as Quality Analyst right after regularization and after 6 months. I worked hard, perseverance and motivation to reach my goal.
