I'm currently a 12-year Hospitality professional venturing into the world of online freelancing. Would love to apply my people skills into the virtual world by focusing on Customer care platforms that require genuine responses which is natural or impromptu in structure and not super structured as if reading a script. Above average English communication skills partnered with great comprehension makes me more than comfortable to be on a voice account or even non-voice platforms. Content writing is also a consideration since my past time also involves reading and writing which proves very therapeutic in this time of the pandemic. And also, my mantra is there is always so much to learn and also so much to teach from one another and that no amount of experience makes us better than everyone else.
