(November 2016 to February 2017) as chat support. My responsibility includes handling customers' concerns regarding their order placed online, such as checking the shipping, processing return/replacement, and refunds.
Then I have worked with Convergys Philippines (October of 2017 to February 2018) in an account under the fraud protection department. My responsibility in this account is that I verify orders placed online that were challenged by the system. If the order seems suspicious, we cancel it and let the customer know to contact us so we can verify if the order that was placed was a legitimate order. Once it is verified, we can replace or if the customer is unable to verify the information's on his account. We completely block that customer to prevent any further fraudulent transactions.
I can work independently with minimal supervision and could work under pressure. I’m also hardworking and in terms of my attendance, I’m always punctual.
