I jumped right into the healthcare insurance industry, and within months, I was trusted to lead and assist my peers. After two years, I moved into Amazon UK e-commerce, where I thrived and quickly became a team lead. My team and I earned multiple awards, and I was named Top Team Lead of the year. I led a team of 40, and I’m proud to say that 30% of them were promoted into leadership roles, thanks to my focus on coaching and development.
After a decade in the BPO industry, I transitioned to freelancing, giving me the flexibility to balance work and family life while gaining experience in diverse areas like customer solutions, social media monitoring, and graphic creation.
Now in my fourth year as a freelancer, I’ve discovered my passion lies in customer service management. For the past four years, I’ve worked with an Amazon Seller Support client, consistently delivering high-quality service and refining my skills in customer service management and reconciliation.
I’m a dedicated team player with strong leadership skills, always focused on helping teams achieve their goals. Beyond customer care, I also handle administrative tasks like reconciliations and invoicing with tools like Google Sheets.
