Profile Description

I worked as a Customer Service Support in a BPO Company that handles Healthcare account. I usually cater healthcare claims and deals with healthcare professional providers. So basically I'm very familiar how HIPAA works in US Healthcare industry.

On top of that, I also worked as an Admin Support / HR Assistant
in a Government Facility. My tasks usually included date entry, pre-screen candidate and review inventories. 

Other than that, I worked in a Healthcare Firm in the US that handles Caregivers. I was an HR Assistant/Recruiter during my time here. My tasks here usually includes outbound calling and emailing applicants to track and follow-up their requirements and hiring status.

Also, I also have experience working in a US logistics company as a Virtual Assistant where I usually cater Delivery Orders, Shipments, and Tracking Delivery. I was also an experienced trainer during my time as a Logistics VA.  And I usually handle software such as Zoho, Trello, ClickUp, and other CRM software.

Lastly, I worked as a Lead Management Specialist under a Client that's located in San Antonio, TX. My client is a dealer of a high-end quality knives, so what I usually do to help him is to source leads and send them emails for marketing purposes.
