Being a former employee, it is very important for us to have soft skills that help us with our work holistically. My former job focuses on ticket supplies, meaning it is our responsibility to always check the inventory which requires a lot of attention, focus, and flexibility. Leadership and Communication skills are also important in this field or in any field in order to attain everyone's goal which is the company's growth. For someone who's an undergraduate, I would say that my hard skills are very relevant for my chosen field but even so, one thing that I can offer is the fact that my willingness to learn is pretty solid and I'll be happy to work with anyone.
