I have been working for a year and a half as an Amazon FBM Dropshipping Virtual Assistant dedicated to providing 100% client satisfaction to my future clients. I have learned this profession by working with Vertex VA's team (office-based) where they provide hands-on training for every employee.

I had prior experience checking gift card balances, reaching out to influencers for possible collaboration to promote a product through social media platforms, managing emails, and non-voice customer service.

Recently, I underwent a training course for Amazon FBA Online Arbitrage from AVA PH to acquire and expand my knowledge to learn and serve my clients better.

I have also three months of experience as a Cold Caller, on a real estate account for US-based clients. I have experienced different dialers such as Calltools and Mojo. I take outbound and inbound calls for potential sellers and also follow up on the list. I filter and qualify my leads using the 4 pillars which are the motivation, timeline, properties condition, and asking price. Moreover, I experienced as an Appointment Setter on a roofing company services using Shibga Media for the CRM Upgrade to see actual info handling troubleshooting, I am very patient, I listen, understand actively, and respond appropriately at the same time being warm and friendly.
