Property Evaluation: Physically inspect properties to assess their condition, potential renovation or improvement needs, and compliance with local regulations and zoning laws. Financial Analysis: Perform financial due diligence by evaluating the potential return on investment (ROI) for each property. This includes analyzing the property's income potential, expenses, cash flow projections, and assessing its overall financial viability.
Negotiations: Negotiate with property sellers or their representatives to secure favorable terms and pricing for property acquisitions. Strong negotiation skills are essential to achieve the best possible deals.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with other professionals within the company, such as Lead Manager,  cold caller, attorneys, appraisers, and property managers, to facilitate the acquisition process.
Documentation: Oversee the preparation and review of legal documents, contracts, and agreements related to property acquisitions. Ensure all documents comply with local laws and regulations.
